CLAIMS AGAINST VETS
When you take your cat to the vets they should carry out the treatment with the degree of skill and care you would expect from a professional person. If you can prove that your vet has breached this duty of care you may have a claim.
DISPUTES BETWEEN BREEDERS AND BUYERS
Every time someone buys or sells a cat they are entering into a contract. Sometimes the seller will have a written agreement and sometimes the law will impose terms whether or not there is a written contract. For cases where the buyer or seller has breached the terms of a contract, or perhaps where the cat is not of satisfactory quality you may have a claim.
It's hard to be too prescriptive about the kinds of cases we can advise on. If you have a legal dispute that isn't specifically mentioned on this website please call us on 01304 755 557 and one of our friendly telephone operators will be able to tell you if it's the kind of case we can help with.
No two cases are the same and so for individual legal advice please call us to arrange a fixed fee telephone call with an experienced lawyer for only £48 for up to 20 minutes. Same day appointments are sometimes available.
